CORPORATE AND OFF-SITE RETREATS

Getting away from the office, telephones and email can bring a fresh perspective to corporate strategy.  In a less structured setting, group participation and problem solving are enhanced.  Rethinking the organization's mission, vision, goals and objectives are best achieved when there is some space from the day-to-day grind of work and accomplishment.  Changing the environment usually results in a change in the way people think and solve problems.

Our designed and facilitated retreats (on or off site) can target one of the following needs:  Define and redefine strategy, review and identify trends, explore fundamental concerns, change perceptions and attitudes, enhance teamwork, harness the collective creativity of a group, generate ideas and solutions, foster change and make tough decisions.
