Meet Joelle

With a degree from the Missouri School of Journalism, at just 28 years of age - one of the youngest women in the country - Joelle was tapped as Publisher and President of the Phoenix Business Journal.  This local business newspaper was read weekly by more than 100,000 executives in Arizona.  In her role, she was considered one of the most influential business leaders in the Phoenix community.  Joelle was also the voice and face of local business news on local radio and television.  After taking the paper to new heights in all aspects of media excellence, Joelle followed her passion of helping others create great corporate cultures.  She founded The Culture Coaches in 2002, a boutique training and management consulting firm whose vision is that every person loves their life and every person loves their work.

Joelle's dymanic speaking ability - whether coaching audiences on their lifestyles or inspiring leaders to be passionate about their own cultures, comes from a mixture of her real-world media and business experience, personal stories of success and challenge, her natural talent and passion for speaking and connecting to others.
